IN THOSE DAYS  ..... Framed by people, time and space (Lipa-Philippines, Tambunan-Sabah/Malaysia, Nabawan-Sabah/Malaysia, Manado-Indonesia, Kuching-Sarawak/Malaysia, Penang-Malaysia, Bacolod-Philippines, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia), to give up was only a matter of decision. Was it great? Not too sure. Truly, life has its own character. And that you will not be able to deserve it. How much feeling did you get? Not too sure. Are you the winner? Maybe not. Trip to Ruteng La Salle Brother Ignasius Heri Satrya Wangsa FSC based in Nabawan - Sabah paid a visit to Bishop of Ruteng - Flores/Indonesia on the 7th to 14th of August 2014. He was accompanied by Gabriel Boli - a migrant community leader who initiated school for children of Indonesian migrant workers in Sinjaya - Nabawan. This first visit was successfully made after a year of preparation. It was from the idea of La Salle Brothers' Nabawan community which for the past ten years have participated in reaching out migrant community in Sinjaya. Established by late Brother Peter Phelan FSC in 2004 the school has played key role in promoting justice and equality of education for the marginalized children of Indonesian migrant workers in Sinjaya.@2014
